Ryan Brown - President
Ryan has led global learning, talent, performance, succession, and content design for multiple Fortune 500 companies. With over 15 years of expertise in the design, development, implementation, and governance of learning, talent, performance, succession planning, platforms, and teams. He is highly regarded and recognized as a national expert in his field. His background includes Food & Beverages, Healthcare, Nonprofit, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Finance, SAAS, and Customer Services. Additionally, he is dual credentialed in Cornerstone LMS and has led the implementation of other LMS systems (Workday, Moodle, Docebo, Absorb, Skilljar and Canvas) and LXP platforms (NovoEd and Edcast).
Dan Allen - Vice President
Dan has over 15 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and reporting of synchronous and asynchronous learning, in multiple learning modalities, including microlearning, animation, and situation-based scenarios (choose your own path). He is also a recognized expert in Learning Management System (LMS) administration (including Blackboard, Cornerstone, and Workday). Additionally, he has led the implementation of multiple Talent Management Systems (including digital performance review templates, succession management, succession planning, and career planning)
Scott Brown - Director of Technology
Scott has worked for and led multiple disruptive startups along with working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has more than a decade of Full Stack Coding and IT experience. He has designed, set up, and led development teams both onshore and offshore in APIs development, IT help desks, wireframes of mobile applications, full-scale mockup of applications suites, securities, web services, and new technologies.
